Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of kagentx ("we", "us") handles personal data and other information when you use kagentx.com, including the AI Agent library at kagentx.com/agents/, and the website evaluation service at growth.kagentx.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

  • Account: when you sign in with Google, your name, email address, profile picture and the identifier Google provides.
  • Websites you submit and their reports: the address of each website you submit, the understanding of the product you confirm or correct (markets, languages, keywords and competitors), and what the evaluation produces: what we read from the website's public pages, the AI answers and other public sources we check, the report, the action plan and the listing kit.
  • Traffic data you choose to connect: if you give our service account read access to a Google Analytics 4 property and enter its ID, the property ID and the weekly visits by source that we read from it.
  • Payments: the evaluation you buy, the amount, the order status and the identifiers Creem gives the order. Card details are entered on the Creem checkout page and never reach us.
  • Email: when a Pro evaluation is done we send you one email with a short summary and a link to the report. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply.
  • Usage and device: IP address (used to limit abuse), browser and device type, server and error logs.
  • Cookies and local storage: a sign-in cookie, a language cookie shared by the pages of kagentx.com, a short-lived cookie while you sign in with Google, Google Analytics cookies, and in the AI Agent library your theme and language, kept in your browser.

How we use it

To provide the Service (sign-in, reading and evaluating the websites you submit, writing reports and listing kits, payments and the completion email), to prevent abuse, to answer your messages, and to understand and improve how the Service is used.

Service providers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed to run the Service with:

  • Sign-in, analytics, page speed tests and search suggestions: Google LLC (USA). Google PageSpeed Insights receives the address of the website you submit, and Google's search suggestions receive the keywords of the understanding.
  • AI: OpenRouter, Inc. (USA), which passes requests to the model providers Anthropic, OpenAI and Perplexity. They receive what we read from the website, the understanding and the questions we ask, not your email address. Processing may take place in the USA and other countries.
  • Hosting of growth.kagentx.com, its database and logs: Fly.io, Inc. (USA; servers in Ashburn, Virginia, USA).
  • Hosting of kagentx.com, DNS, the network in front of growth.kagentx.com, and forwarding of email sent to our address: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).
  • Payments: Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), our Merchant of Record. We pass it your email address for the checkout.
  • Sending email: Resend (USA).
  • Public records about the website you submit, such as its domain registration date (rdap.org): they receive only the website's domain.
  • Courts and authorities when required by law.

AI processing

To understand the product, sample what AI assistants answer and write the report and listing kit, we send the public content of the website you submit, the understanding and our questions to AI providers through OpenRouter. We do not use your data to train AI models. OpenRouter states that it does not train on inputs and outputs; some model providers it passes requests to may keep inputs for a period under their own terms.

Google Analytics

To understand how the Service is used and improve it, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC (USA), on kagentx.com and growth.kagentx.com. When you open a page or use a feature, your browser sends Google:

  • the address of the page without URL parameters (except the utm parameters that identify campaigns) and without the part after #; on growth.kagentx.com the report's identifier in the address is replaced and the page title is a fixed name such as "Report", not the name of your product;
  • the site that referred you, cleaned the same way;
  • browser and device type, screen size, language, and your IP address (Google states that it uses it only to estimate your approximate region and does not store it);
  • the time of your visit and how far you scroll;
  • which features you use, as the kind of action with fixed values: for example opening sign-in, submitting a website and whether it was accepted, opening the prices, starting a checkout, a completed purchase with the evaluation bought and its price, an evaluation finishing, copying an action or a draft, opening a listing platform, and in the AI Agent library filtering, searching (only the number of results and the length of the search), opening a product and visiting its website;
  • a random ID stored in a cookie to recognize your browser.

We never send Google Analytics your name, your email address, what you type (including searches and the website you submit), or the identifiers of your account, reports or payments, and we do not use advertising tags. See Google's explanation of how it handles this information. To stop it, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or disable cookies in your browser.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account, the websites you submitted and their reports while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleted data can remain in server backups for a short time. To delete your account and data, write to us.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop its use, by writing to us. We reply without undue delay.

Children

The Service is meant for website owners and is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Other websites

The AI Agent library, the reports and the listing kits link to other websites and listing platforms. Their handling of personal data is governed by their own policies.

Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always on this page with its date, and we will announce important changes on the website.
