Why no subscription?
Indie developers are buying the approach; once they've read it, they can do the work themselves, so paying once is enough.
How long does Pro take?
About 2 hours. Pro evaluates on the full sample, then writes the how-to steps, page outlines, drafts, and listing kits from the results. Basic is usually ready in 2–3 minutes.
Can I get a refund?
No. The evaluation starts as soon as you pay, so check what each tier gives you before you choose. We read your site before you pay, and if your home page won't open, it stops there, so you never pay for a site we can't open.
Can I upgrade to Pro after Basic?
Yes. Pay the $18 difference on your Basic report to upgrade to Pro; you don't pay the full $19 again. It's a new evaluation on the full sample, ready in about 2 hours.
I've changed my site. Can I evaluate it again?
Yes, run a new evaluation: Basic $1, Pro $19. The whole evaluation runs again and you get a new report on your site as it is now. You can't run just one part again on its own.
Are there monthly fees or extra charges?
No monthly fees. The only things you pay for are Basic ($1), Pro ($19), and an upgrade from Basic to Pro ($18), each round paid separately. When auto-fill launches, we'll state clearly whether it costs anything.
